This noble, crystalline grappa is made by distillation in a pot still with bain-marie, an old tradition, continued today by the skilled hands of Signor Capovilla, who sagely awaits the exact moment in which the grappa achieves “the highest quality”.
This “old gracefulness” is reflected in its flavour, swathed in an innate elegance that is the distinctive feature of the grappa and the grape variety from which it is made: Wildbacher.
It offers a pleasantly herbaceous flavour, with notes reminiscent of coffee, alluringly enveloped in a delicately fruity aroma.
